It combines the proven sawing technology of the VG 450 L series with a <strong>7-meter bar loader<\/strong>, which makes automatic operation significantly more efficient. <\/p>\n<p>In contrast to the <strong>VG 450 L ZA-2<\/strong>, the <strong>VG 450 L ST<\/strong> features a <strong>7-meter material feed<\/strong>. This allows <strong>6-meter bars to be completely processed without repositioning<\/strong> the tong gripper. This saves time, reduces idle travel, and significantly increases output.  <\/p>\n<p>The integrated automatic material feed independently transports the material to the sawing point and positions it precisely for every single cut. At the same time, the machine automatically monitors the end of the material and ends the sawing process safely and reliably. <\/p>\n<p>The VG 450 L ST demonstrates its strengths particularly in series production with long profiles. The continuous material feed shortens cycle times and minimizes downtime. The result is significantly higher productivity combined with consistently high cutting quality.  <\/p>\n<p>Just like the VG 450 L ZA-2, the machine is ideally suited for the <strong>fully automatic production of frames with mitre cuts<\/strong>.
