Bauer Sawing Machine Factory
Bauer bandsawing machines have been produced since 1937. On December 1, 2015, Sägemaschinenfabrik Bauer GmbH, with Managing Director Franz Kern, took over the production, service, and sales of the complete range of sawing machines, as well as the spare parts business, from Bauer Maschinenbau GmbH and relocated it to Altenstadt a. d. Waldnaab. The sawing machines are produced and further developed at Sägemaschinenfabrik Bauer in Upper Palatinate/Bavaria with high ‘made in Germany’ quality standards; they impress with their durability and robustness.
Bauer sawing machines impress with a high standard of development: The vertical miter bandsaw VG 450, for example, can be combined with bar feed (stroke over the entire length of the roller conveyor) or with gripper feed.
