The BAUER VG 450 L ST was specifically developed for companies that want to process long material bars economically and with maximum productivity. It combines the proven sawing technology of the VG 450 L series with a 7-meter bar loader, which makes automatic operation significantly more efficient.

In contrast to the VG 450 L ZA-2, the VG 450 L ST features a 7-meter material feed. This allows 6-meter bars to be completely processed without repositioning the tong gripper. This saves time, reduces idle travel, and significantly increases output.

The integrated automatic material feed independently transports the material to the sawing point and positions it precisely for every single cut. At the same time, the machine automatically monitors the end of the material and ends the sawing process safely and reliably.

The VG 450 L ST demonstrates its strengths particularly in series production with long profiles. The continuous material feed shortens cycle times and minimizes downtime. The result is significantly higher productivity combined with consistently high cutting quality.

Just like the VG 450 L ZA-2, the machine is ideally suited for the fully automatic production of frames with mitre cuts. Different cutting angles are executed precisely and with high repeatability. Angle profiles, rectangular tubes, square tubes, round tubes, and solid material can also be processed economically and reliably.

The hydraulic mitre adjustment allows for cutting angles from 45° left to 60° right, offering maximum flexibility for a wide range of applications in metal, steel, facade, window, and mechanical engineering.
